- TSUNAMI
The Tsunami in 2004 December 26th affected some of our working villages drastically. RUCODE undertook rehabilitation of the victims of the tsunami both in the operational area as well as in the neighbouring villages. It was supported by CORDAID and Goodwill Children’s Homes, U.K.
- COVID – 19
The Pandamic, Covid – 19 had an devastation effect on the entire world. It did not spare the divyangjan also. As such the disabled persons of our target area were severely affected in economic and health aspects. The staff of RUCODE INDIA had visited the special children in their home, given physiotherapy and counseling . A good number of the children were provided relief materials such as rice, provisions and sanitary items.
